Cancellation by the Customer:
More than 30 days before travel: 90% refund (10% processing fee applicable).
15–30 days before travel: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days before travel: No refund.
Non-refundable bookings (e.g., last-minute deals, discounted offers) are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Cancellation by JETBOUND Travels:
In case of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or unavailability of services, a full refund or alternate travel arrangement will be offered.
Transfer Services & Excursions:
Cancellations within 48 hours of service will not be refunded.
For all eligible returns or cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original mode of payment.
